A lot of negative reviews on here but honestly my experience with TMC a few years back was perfect. Tony looked after us from the minute we walked in his door until the day we moved into our house. I would definitely use TMC again
I have a rental property next door to me C/o TMC Finaghy Branch. I have had several phone calls to TMC over a period of time regarding a nuisance neighbors ( son screaming playing play station game day & night ).Today after working an 11hr night shift, and unable to sleep with the screaming, I rang TMC, and had a telephone conversation with the property manager who refused to give me his surname. Totally unhelpful, and not in the least bit interested and said he had never heard of any of my complaints. I was told by him to record noise disturbance over a few days, and take down for him to hear. I am totally disgusted,and if I knew his manager I would report him.
Time wasters, had me waiting over a week to arrange to view a property. Then phoned today to book in as I got a voicemail from them. To be told he was refusing to let me view the property as I am planning to go coownership. Tried lying as well saying that coownership wouldnt allow me to buy the property. Despite knowing better, once I brought this to his attention he changed the story and said the house was a mess and was unsaleable. Would give them minus ratings if possible.
TMC staff helped us with our mortgage, friendly staff that aren't pushy and give good advice. Would and will go back.
