Great service, helped find my mother s nice home and very prompt with sorting any issues. Highly recommended
Extremely incompetent every time we were contacted or had to contact them. Very reluctant to fix any issues with the house while blaming tenants. Had to get a council health inspector out to confirm issues were not our fault and get any co-operation from them to make repairs. Lost spare house keys once leaving us vulnerable. 6 Inspections in less than a 4 month period, and weekly viewings while we're still living in the property in the last 6 weeks of tenancy giving us no privacy. Claiming we owe 10 days extra rent at the end and having to be corrected. Was asked to remove the original review to waive a 50 fee that I have a recording of, which is blackmail, this shows their business ethics and corrupts the other reviews on here. Extortionate deposit deductions such as 100 to cut the grass in a very small rear garden. This isn't an attack on them these are facts and I think they cannot be trusted which is unfortunate as the house was lovely and would've stayed on if they had better business practices. There are a number of other issues we had in the year we were in contract with them but too many to go into in a review. Will not work with quicklet again. Be cautious if you do use have to use them.
