Sadly rather unprofessional, an extremely senior member of TR staff talked my confirmed buyer out of buying my house simply because she hadnt got the sale of my house after visiting it as I had placed it with another company. This used to be a very respected company, not any more.
Are they writing those reviews themselves? Worse estate agent I've ever used. Very disappointed as I grew up believing this was a very professional and respectable company only to find out that they have there own interests in front of everyone else.On a number of occasions I believe they have lied to benefit themselves.Customer service is beyond poor, calls not returned, messages put on their system to contact us of future bids not followed meaning we missed out in properties we wanted to purchase. When they are selling Prices are so far fetched which u may believe will be good for your pocket but will soon discover that people look at more than one property and can see the price differences in that area. Therefore you will get less views, and your time will be wasted and price eventually decreased to represent the true market value. I believe There are a lot more better professional agents offering better services at better value for moneyDo yourselves a favour and shop around. Type in award winning estate agents, you won't find this one on top of the list that's for sure.
