Tried to sell a house through this company. Negative and inaccurate advice given during valuation resulting in unnecessary expense. Did not find them very proactive or communicative. Felt like I was making all the calls. Better service from smaller friendlier agents in Lisburn area.

Not too happy with their service. Tried to buy a house through them. The house had an extension built over a sewer. After many months of back and forth I was told by my solicitor this is illegal. Fred dazells didn't seem to know this which means they mustn't know their trade very well as talking to other estate agents they could tell us immediately. Save yourself the hassle. Go to Bill McCann
Bought our first home from Dalzell and they were brilliant. Sheila was the girl who I dealt with pretty much throughout and she is amazing, nothing is too much to ask and she always got back to me with an answer if she didn't know within half an hour of calling. Even after I moved in and rang up with questions about the house she was happy to help. Can't recommend them more. Amazing service.
