Switched from an independant Vet in Belfast to here. Brilliant service and friendly staff. Never seems to be overly busy and never had an issue. Both Vets I have dealt with for my dogs have been friendly and informative. My dogs always seem more at ease here too. Win win.
I brought my guinea pig here for a check up and it was given a precautionary treatment that basically paralysed my guinea pig and caused it to die. Within 30 minutes my guinea pig wouldn't move, eat or drink and then had seizures until it died. My guinea pig was healthy and I wasn't informed of any possible risk of the treatment.

staff in veterinary surgery are always friendly and helpful. Barry is a fantastic vet ( Lisburn equivalent to supervet) and his wife take care of the nursing side of things. it is easy to see that they adore animals and are just not in it as a business. always at hand for advice and support. wouldn't go anywhere else. lovely big shop at Sprucefield and groomers (never been to them so can't recommend them) all in one place. fabulous.
