I used to like using this vets but the past few visits I have not been happy. The reception staff have gone downhill. I was ignored and left standing for 5minutes and then handed the card machine to pay without so much as a smile! Manners don't cost anything, which is clearly something you don't need to work here! I have now changed my vets. I don't believe my concerns were acknowledged and the place smelt like urine!
The vets and nurses there are absolutely brilliant. My dog could hardly walk,I was convinced she would have to be put to sleep, vets never gave up on her and she goes swimming now.
Great clinic, very clean and welcoming! We had a poorly cat that needed seen ASAP, Lisa kindly assessed our situation over the phone and give us an appointment immediately. Annie treated and made a care plan for review and supplied us with appropriate Meds and advice. Cannot recommend highly enough, our fur baby is quite anxious so the cat only treatment room is a fantastic touch and our cat has never been so calm with a vet. We simply wouldn't trust anyone else with our fur baby. FIVE huge stars!!!
