Great if you can't exercise yourself and doesn't leave you feeling sore after. Really good if you hv aches and pains.. I have found that it has help me a lot only problem i can't get often enough lol plus it for the more mature person who maybe feels going to a leisure centre not for them... Bill and Erica are very friendly and makes you very welcome and you can hv a cup of tea or coffee after your work out.....
This is a private gym specially designed for the older generation. Consists of 12 mechanised machines which move with you and help with exercising and allow you the scope to put in what effort you can. This means it is open to anyone no matter how unfit you are. This is definitely worth a try for anyone over 40 and no matter what ailments you have. Owners are very nice and helpful and at times there is a good atmosphere in the place.
