A gym with a difference. When you think of gyms it's usually accompanied by an image of young males prancing around shirtless or ladies striking loses in the mirror. You get in and you get out. This gym couldn't be further from this.Edel and James are so unbelievably friendly and encouraging. They take the time to build rapport with their clients. Car parking is perfect and the gym is full of so much talent. Many compete in Bodybuilding competitions and thus require specific training and guidance on nutrition. To which Edel and James are only to happy to help.Fantastic gym!
Very friendly stuff and always up to help with instructions. The place is compact but clean, tidy and equiped with all common exercise machines. Only drawback is the lack of changing rooms and showers but for the size of it i think it's a really good option especially if you leave and/or work nearby.
