Good some. Unfortunately they have stopped doing the ONLY trousers in my leg length. No other shop does it
I had an issue with a baby gift I bought for a friend... The woman Joanne who dealt with the issue was fantastic, 100% resolved and just brilliant customer service! Before I went into the shop I was pretty annoyed at having to return but she made me feel glad for talking to her! A credit to the store and the company! Just what m&s stands for! Beautiful shop with everything laid out nicely. Products easy to find staff on tills friendly and fast. No help in the wine section, struggled for ages with wine carrier with male staff member looking on offering no help. Didn't stop me getting 6 bottles though.
Great shopping. This store is well laid out by department. All the walkways are wide enough for people with trolleys and with room for people who don't. Great variety. A typical Marks and Spencer with the most friendly helpful staff. And a smashing cafe serving great coffee and a good selection of hot and cold food
A big store. Great for shopping. Lovely coffee shops and eating areas. At least three. Food, clothes, off licence, and household. Free parking. Would go again
