Excellent customer service
Got a PS4 as a Christmas present the Console was not working and destroyed a disc when I asked for a new console they refused because I didn't have a paper receipt only photos off it that had been sent threw did nothing to amend there mistake of selling me a broken product and there attitude was unacceptable the console had a year warranty and yet they refused to do anything.
Only needed to be here a few times, no problems and a decent enough store
Just spent 173 on toys for the Grandchildren, everything was is stock, that was until it was time to collect the item's. Then they coukd not find one of them in their own warehouse!! Have ti come back again later when they get one from another store? I had 9 items piled up and asked twice for a bag and was told twice to wait, I eventually gave up and struggled lifting the 9 items to be asked by one of the Argos assistant's can you manage, my reply was I only wanted a bag and continued walking out. I shall be making my thoughts known when I return to collect my missing item. Appalled by the terrible standard of service.
Argos used to be fantastic. Unfortunately lately nothing is in stock, everything has to be ordered in and takes a few days to a few months, at their prices (which obviously aren't for convenience reasons) its not worth shopping there as you can get the products elsewhere cheaper, either quicker or in the same time.
