First class , helpful friendly staff
I have just had my car serviced by TrustFord in Lisburn after an unfortunate accident where my roof rack on the car hit the height limiter. The service center was chosen by my insurance provider and it took about 1 week to get an appointment arranged for valuation of the service cost. I than had to wait 4 weeks for the parts to be delivered for my car. Once I delivered my car to the service shop I was given a courtesy car, which to my suprise was a very nice 188HP Ford Focus ST. I was told that the repair would last 1-1.5 week but in fact it lasted 3 weeks. The communication with the service center was very good and I received text messages informing me of the service stages. The car looks great and they did a good job. The only issue is the wait times. Overall it took 2 months since the incident to go through the whole process.
Wasted trip. Had no parts for Mazda. Have to order them and will take a week to get it.
Great customer service. Dealt with by Gavin who was helpful & friendly. Highly recommended.
