This place I awful, first my car was booked in 2 weeks, notice car left here only to be phoned next day and asked to pick car up as they unable to repair due to overbooking, then car booked in 4 weeks notice car left in on day of booking, 4 day repair has now turned out to be 2 week repair, only get information by phoning and asking if car ready for collection.
Very bad experience. Car left in for repair and was told 2-3 weeks for repair and waited 5weeks. I was told wrong information constantly and when customer service said they would call me back on 5 or 6 separate occasions it never happened. When I eventually got the car back the job was awful, body panels dont line up correctly and paint job was a mess. Would highly recommend avoiding.
This is a great place if you are unlucky enough to have an accident very professional staff and extremely helpful
Good repairs but expect to wait for a very long time. On the other hand there is a nice coffee in the waiting area, which I'm sure you will visit on several occasions.
First class, friendly service from all staff. Any time I've had an issue they have always bent over backwards to resolve it. Can't recommend them enough.
