Incident with my ford fiesta last night , wing mirror damaged , i was panicking big time as MOT due tomorrow .Rang trustford lisburn parts department , knockmore industrial estate .Very helpful staff member Aaron sourced the part and pricing for me . He left the part over for me as i was coming to collect it ...On arrival, very pleasant staff member William organised the parts . I explained that my car was up for MOT and that i would need help fitting the part . He went well above his duty and actually fitted the part for me .. it was raining very heavily but he was happy to help me ... William excelled in his customer service and i so appreciated it ...People are quick to complain but i really wanted to share my positive experience ..Well done Ford and your excellent staff!Sharon the happy customer
