Very poor. Roy Patterson thinks vw caddy maxi life is a van ! When it was explained to him it was a car , re seating , windows and car reg.cert , he still maintained it was a van. Why? Because he did not want to process the warranty. VW database shows my car as having the 2 year Trust building measure up to April 2019. Rather than implement same they thought this little old lady could be taken for a ride and charged 680 for a defective engine part which almost caused a multi car pile up on M1 motorway when it came to a sudden stop. As a 40 year loyal customer of VW I expected this dealer to honour their commitment. Sadly , nothing but more lies from what was once a great company. Will never buy a VW ever again. If a company can not be trusted , they need to be dumped.
As soon as I approached the model of vehicle of interest a most pleasant and patient representative came over to be of any potential assistance. We conversed for circa forty minutes during which time I was furnished with all the information - and more - that I wanted plus a lovely cup of coffee in a proper cup.Of note: I visited one other VW franchise for the same purpose, spent twenty minutes looking into vehicles and opening their luggage compartments and not one salesman made any approach!Morgan Johnson.Northern Ireland.
I've bought two cars here and can't fault the service. Very laid back atmosphere. I've dealt with Peter Long who has a friendly yet professional demeanour. There's no annoyance. You'll leave feeling that you got a fair deal whether you did or not. Services take a couple of hours or less and is reasonably priced. I always get a choice of times to suit me. You can wait in the waiting area with a cup of free coffee and broadband if you like. Great tasting cofffee too.Now that Phillips have moved to the Saintfield Road I now book a 10am service and head over to Dobbies garden centre for breakfast and a browse. Dobbies share an entrance with Phillips so it's just one minute walk away. Time really flies in Dobbies so I usually end up with my car sitting waiting.Give me a like if you found this helpful.
