Queue times can be long and sometimes only one counter is open so I think more staff are needed but this is not the fault of the staff who are knowledgable and always happy to help
Standing here at the minute with one desk open helping a guy who must be an eBay seller with tons of stuff! Currently 9 people in queue behind me and 2 in front while currency counter is closed. Ridiculous

Im sorry to say, Ive found the 'younger' members of staff unhelpful at times, so much, I use the Post Office on Longstone even though its much further away. Service with a smile is what I tell my staff but Im afraid, this is NOT the way at Pond Park!
