Hit and miss depending on which member of staff you get. Seem helpful until something goes wrong. I had a problem with an LED light that came with a new fishtank. Took the light back in to exchange but there were none in stock, so I was told I would be able to exchange it the following week when the next delivery arrived. I went back the following week and spoke with a different member of staff, this one didn't want to replace the light. I ended up having to buy a brand new tank only to return it the following day at another store.
Lovely staff, clean, friendly and quick at their jobs, made us feel right at home which is always a bonus and explained everything, as it was our first time in a long time being in a vetinerian clinic.. 5* would recommend.

Our poor dog was ill, & had to be put to sleep. The vet could not have been any better. Gave our poor dog the dignity it deserved. His passing was so heart breaking but he just went to sleep in my daughters arms, no more pain. The vet let us stay with him as long as we needed. Our dog & us couldnt have been treated any better. We thank them for that. We would highly recommend Vets4pets @ Sprucefield.
