Sometimes as with other places, I've been standing a while waiting by the board to be taken to a table to dine. There was plenty of empty tables, so that was not the problem. It took so long we got impatient and went on to get a table ourselves. Probably short staffed. The food looked fine as was the look of the dining room. Though on closer inspection there was cutlery missing. The food was ok but could have been better.
Me and my wife go here quite often just to relax and chill out.It has a nice relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff.My only complaint is that the management leaves the staff very short handed so they are always under pressure. We had my Mother in law Birthday here a couple of week's ago and it took 1 hour 20 minutes to get our food and some were cold plus loads of people where turned away because of no staff.It's a pity really it could be a lovely place.
A great place to call into and have a couple of drinks or something to eat. I We used to love coming here on Sunday mornings for the breakfasts for one price, and the wee one ate for free. It's quite well set out, with lots of different places to sit, if you want something more private, or if you want something for several of you, you can do it. I've stayed here in the hotel also, very nice indeed. The room prices change, depending on what day of the week it is. But overall, a good place all round.
Excellent rooms. Very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good parking. Would highly recommend.
Easy to access from main road. And only 30 minutes from Belfast Ferryboat. The Staff are helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable
