Bought a table and chairs from house proud paid a deposit and was told it would arrive in 4 weeks finally received the table and chairs 9 weeks later after numerous phone calls to them then to find a chair was damaged on delivery reported it rite away and was told they would replace it within a week constantly told lies still no chair and there customer service is a disgrace wouldnt recommended buying from house proud never experienced this type of service ever
Really lovely staff, but not good customer service, good at taking the money but when it came to deliver first I was told that I would be called in approximately 12 days 3 weeks came and still nothing so I called them and they told me my order came in a damaged crate and told be I could have the one in the shop and a different sideboard and it would only cost me 10 extra I said no I want my order so they ordered it again and he told me he would call me the following Wednesday with a delivery time, so I waited no call again I called them again this time asked for the manager explained to him he apologised and said he would chase it up and get back to me. Again no one called me back so I called the manager again and said you were to call me back about my order he then checked and seen I was in the delivery book and apologised again said he thought someone had rang me.All in all really nice people but need to pay the customer a bit more attention and not just take the money and hope for the best.
