Absolutely shocking, please stay clear!!! My elderly father left his phone to be fixed over two weeks ago and still hasnt got it back, he was told it would only take 3 days to fix, they keep coming up with excuses and lies!! Every day he calls in they say it will be ready the next day. They take advantage of the vulnerable, how they are still able to trade is beyond me, they need to be reported to the authorities!!
If I could leave a minus star for service I would!! Their customer service is non existent!! I bought a new phone a year ago and it now needs a new battery. Despite being under warranty they've had the battery for nearly a week now and haven't even bothered to contact me! Complete waste of space. They couldn't;t give a damn; happy to take your money but that's it!!!!
Absolutely terrible service left a tablet in to be fixed told it was an easy repair 3 days 2 weeks later still not fixed! Pointed out there bad reviews apparently they don't care about reviews just their happy customer's well there doesn't seem to be to many of them
Absolutely terrible product and service. Sold out a faulty PS4 and 2 faulty controllers, one didnt even work at all! The PS4 was clearly tampered with previously, screw holes in bits, no warranty seals etc but was assured that it works! Called up immediately and managed to get a refund. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I never leave reviews but I was very much appreciative of the service here. You have a professional at work here who will fix your phone no matter how delicate the operation. Well done!
