Service is usually rubbish here. It's a shame. It's a handy shop with great selection of essentials. Completely let down by the people. Sometimes you get the ones on the till who are excellent. There diamonds in the rough. But the ones on the floor who clearly the bell and the woman's voice ask for people to come to the tills. It makes the customers wonder if they realise why they are on the floor. A good lesson in service or getting rid of these people would be a good idea. But this brings into question of management. If your staff don't understand the importance of responding in a quick and timely manner then you could make the point that the shop has no effective management.
