You get a great service here. A job done well.
Younger employee not trained on correct company protocol. Owner was extremely arragant, obnoxious and unfit to be dealing with or in the proximity of any member of the general public. A refresher course on the aspects of how to be civil wouldn't be out of the question, if there was ever any civility there in the first place. Parts of vehicle not washed properly either, as road grime still on lower parts of doors that the proprietor washed himself. Seems like a severe lack of customer service or even interest in trying throughout the entire process. With the amount of other facility's at hand it wouldn't be hard for anyone to move elsewhere with their custom, and given their recent reviews, it's looking like I'm not the only person dissatisfied with the service. Quite a shame I actually have to apply even the one star to this review.
Total RIP OFF !!! Charged 17.00!!!!! foreign nationals charge 12.00.... for sooooo much more... These people washed the outside of the car !!! Oh and the windscreen the didnt even clean the dash.... Omg there were even water marks on the windows. 17.00 ? same thing cost 6.00 with FOREIGN NATIONALS....They clean the dash, middle console, clean ALL your internal windows I have a sunroof and a panoramic roof they clean those TOO..... They clean the mats hoover. The car is immaculate i have an SUV which has 2 pop up seats to turn it into 7 seater. All for 12.00. So disappointing that it just isnt cost effective to support local businesses.....
Rented out the roofbox from here back in August. 100% first class service from start to finish
A friendly efficient family run business which really makes you feel special as a customer and that they really care. I gladly travel over 30 miles just to get the friendly service for both carwashing and roof box hire.
