Had a car booked for 5.15pm. Received a call from Rupert at 4.15pm to tell me they'd no cars and basically tough luck... Asked to speak to a manager so spoke to James the branch manager who repeated that not only were there no cars in Lisburn there were in fact no cars anywhere in NI.....! Turns out that was a bare faced lie because I rang my insurers and 30 mins later I was picking a car up from Enterprise Boucher. These guys are lazy bluffers so spare yourself any hassle and go elsewhere.
Hired a van on Saturday morning at 10.10pm, there was a mixup as they gave me the wrong van to start with! They called me this morning as the van was due back at 10.10am, I had been called to Antrim on business so I explained it would be around 11.30 before I dropped it back. I left it back at 11.30, 1 hour and 20 minutes late and they charged me an extra full days rental! NOT HAPPY! Will not be using them again!
