I rang the shop at short notice today asking for a brakes repair, the guy was so pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt. When I went into the shop he was the same, nothing was too much trouble. Repairs all done within an hour and didnt stick the arm in either.... Excellent service all round. Definitely recommend this hidden gem of a shop.
